By purchasing from Tailored Visions Bag Collection, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Custom Products


All Tailored Visions bags are custom-designed and handmade. No two bags are exactly alike. Minor variations in colors, patches, accessories, placement, and materials are part of the custom design process and should be expected.


2. Orders & Payments


  • Full payment or the required deposit must be received before work begins.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and production slot.
  • Remaining balances must be paid in full before your order ships.


3. Deposits


  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Deposits cover materials, design preparation, and time reserved for your order.


4. All Sales Final


  • Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once an order has been placed.


5. Production & Turnaround Times


  • Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and may vary based on order volume, customization requests, material availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tailored Visions Bag Collection is not liable for delays outside of our control.


6. Shipping


  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Tailored Visions Bag Collection is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.
  • Tracking information will be provided once available.


7. Custom Design Rights


  • Tailored Visions Bag Collection reserves the right to decline any design request that is offensive, unlawful, infringes on intellectual property rights, or conflicts with our brand values.
  • Customers must have permission to use any images, logos, or artwork submitted for customization.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders


  • Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos of the item and packaging may be required before any resolution is offered.


9. Social Media & Marketing


  • Tailored Visions Bag Collection reserves the right to photograph and share completed products on social media, websites, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing before production begins.


10. Limitation of Liability


Tailored Visions Bag Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.


11. Acceptance of Terms


By placing an order with Tailored Visions Bag Collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
